Zero technical risk means exactly that — here's what Firefly brings on the night.
Screen matched to your venue — from a free-standing Airscreen to a large-format PVC canvas screen for bigger open spaces.
Laser projector & FM audio — crisp visuals and crystal-clear sound straight to any car or venue speaker setup.
Film rights & public performance licensing — consent is arranged with the film distributor for every event we deliver.
Live mic & presentation integration — wireless microphones and pristine PA systems integrated with in-car FM broadcast.
Crew, scaled to your booking — full setup-to-pack-down delivery, or just an operator for projection if that's all you need.
Weather backup plan — covered by our 100% Kiwi Weather Guarantee.
Public screenings require consent from the film distributor before a movie can be shown or promoted. Firefly arranges this as part of every corporate event we deliver. If you choose one of our PVC canvas screen options rather than a free-standing Airscreen, any scaffolding or structure is the host's responsibility — read more on our Licensing & FAQ page.
Not an outdoor space? Firefly also runs indoor private screening formats — if a drive-in doesn't suit your venue, let us know and we'll talk through indoor options.
There is no flat rate card — every event is quoted based on your venue, guest numbers, screen format, and required level of AV and crew involvement. Quotes range from full-service turnkey event delivery down to equipment and operator only.

Definitely. Many corporate clients utilize our wireless microphones and crystal-clear laser projection to run a 20–30 minute keynote, product unveil, or awards ceremony immediately before starting the main feature film.
Outdoor events are covered by our 100% Kiwi Weather Guarantee. Light drizzle or showers don't stop the show (guests remain warm and cosy inside vehicles), and in the case of severe weather, we work closely with you to reschedule to an agreed backup date.
Tell us a bit about your company, event and what you're picturing. We'll come back with availability, pricing options and a custom quote. No flat fees — every event is quoted.
