There's no flat fee — every event is quoted based on how much involvement you want from us. On Full-Service Cinema, we handle everything for one quoted price. On DIY Hall Setup, you keep your venue's flexibility and simply pay for the level of service you book.
Full-Service Cinema means Firefly provides full delivery, setup, AV crew and packdown on the night, managing the projection and sound from start to finish. DIY Hall Setup is a leaner option where we provide the equipment drop-off (or add an operator) while your team manages the run sheet.
No — consent to screen your chosen film in public is legally required and Firefly handles all distributor rights and licensing paperwork on your behalf, whichever package you select.
Just a clear floor space, adequate ceiling height for the screen, and standard mains power access. We bring the screen, commercial projector, audio equipment, cabling, and safety covers.
We generally recommend 3–5 weeks ahead. This allows ample time to secure film distributor consent and gives your organisation plenty of time to promote the event and sell tickets.
