Yes, we offer projector-only hire if you already have a projection surface, building wall or existing structure. Just let us know in your enquiry and we'll quote the right commercial laser projector for your event.
If you are showing a commercially released, copyrighted film to an audience (whether free or ticketed), public performance copyright consent is legally required. Firefly can handle this licensing directly with the distributor on your behalf.
We recommend booking 3–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak summer months and weekend dates. If you require film licensing or custom staging, earlier is always better to ensure availability.
Yes, we offer equipment drop-off and basic orientation if you prefer to operate the screening yourself. For larger events, multi-speaker setups or peace of mind, our dedicated AV crew is available to manage the entire night.
You are covered by our 100% Kiwi Weather Guarantee. Light drizzle generally doesn't stop an outdoor screening, but if adverse weather makes an outdoor event impossible, we work with you to reschedule to an agreed backup date at no extra charge.
